Marriott International
I created a bean-themed cocktail for a Pride event at the Marriott-owned Westin St. Francis in San Francisco
Beangroni:
1 oz dry vermouth
2 oz mezcal
1 oz Cynar 70
1 small can canned
cannellini beans
.5 oz olive juice
Combine mezcal and beans and let sit for 10 minutes. Strain, then add along with other ingredients into a stirring glass. Stir over ice. Serve in a rocks glass and garnish with bean-stuffed olives.
